About the Author

Theo Manifavas' building career began in his early twenties when he swapped the pen for a hammer and went off to work as a carpenter, whilst at the same time helping to establish a new and upcoming residential building company.

In 2012 he became partner in that company, and although they went on to build hundreds of homes and deliver project after project, it wasn't until he discovered the Builders Blueprint system, and then implemented it into the business, that true success followed.

These days, Theo's passion is to help builders implement systems and processes as a whole into their business, whilst at the same time keeping the principles and methodology of the Builders Blueprint system as one of the core pillars in running a successful building company.
